Support hours exceeding the allotted subscription hours and any new projects are also discounted to this hourly rate.
Subscription clients will receive priority support over non-subscription clients.
IT Support hours do not roll over to the next term.
The current non-subscription hourly rate is $200 for small organizations.
Custom packages are also available.
