In order to provide responsive IT Services at the high level of quality our clients have come to expect, Blue Lotus Services offers monthly subscription based pricing. This enables us to support you on a consistent basis, which will provide you with a more reliable IT infrastructure and a more predictable cost outlay. Problems will be caught before they become disruptive, and downtime will be kept to a minimum. Any plan purchased during any month will be retroactive to the first of that month.
Subscription IT Support can be customized to your unique needs, including strategic planning, project management, IT resource evaluation, installation of new equipment, downloading and installing updates on servers and workstations, troubleshooting network, workstation, and software issues, website maintenance, and end user coaching. This allows us to act in partnership to leverage your IT investment for the benefit of your organization.

Support plans are based on minimum numbers of hours per month. Support hours exceeding the allotted subscription hours and any new projects are also discounted to the plan’s hourly rate.
Subscription clients will receive priority support over non-subscription clients.
IT Support hours do not roll over to the next term.
The current non-subscription hourly rate is $200 for small organizations.
